Processing & Fulfillment Time:

At Heap of Sweets, every treat is made fresh to order. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for processing before your order ships. This timeframe ensures time for baking, quality checks, and packaging.

 

Shipping Timeline:

Once your order has been baked and packaged, it will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. Shipping times vary by location and are in addition to the 3-day processing window.

 

Order Updates:

You will receive notifications once your order has been fulfilled and when it has shipped, including tracking information.

 

Warm Weather & Perishable Items :

As our items are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please verify your shipping details. Heap of Sweets is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 Sales & Finality

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed or delivered.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before any order is prepared or fulfilled.

Allergies & Ingredients

Heap of Sweets is not a nut-free, dairy-free, or allergen-free kitchen. While we may list ingredients upon request, we cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and consuming products at their own discretion.

 Limitation of Liability

Heap of Sweets is not liable for any allergic reactions, improper storage, or misuse of products after delivery or pickup. Once items are delivered or collected, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Order cancellations or changes must be requested within a reasonable time frame and are subject to approval. Last-minute cancellations may not be accepted due to preparation and ingredient costs.
