If we made an error (wrong item or missing items), please contact us immediately.
Damaged items
Proof of Damage:
To qualify: - Contact us within 24 hours - Provide clear photos/videos showing full damage
- Item must not be altered or mishandled after delivery
-Failure to contact us within the 24hr window will not guarantee a reimbersment
If your item arrives fully damaged:
You will receive 40% of the total purchase amount back. You will also receive a 10% discount code for your next purchase
